Rose Hill Car Wash

I paid $60 for interior detailing on. Unfortunately the service was incomplete. There is still significant dirt and debris left in the door storage, center console, and around the trim. I have attached photos taken right after pickup. I expected a thorough vacuum and wipe-down

Save your money and time by going ro Brown Bear instead. We spent $70 on full service but received the bare minimum. Not only was the quality poor but they stripped the wrap on the air conditioning selector button and completely broke off the radio selector button. It's missing and nowhere to be found. The rims are filthy and most of the interior was neglected. There are obvious areas not wiped down at all. My husband used to get great service with Flamingo Car Wash before ownership changed to Rose Hill Carwash. Unfortunately volume is the priority and not quality. We won't be returning.

I am very disappointed with the exterior quality of the wash I received. After paying over $50, the vehicle still had significant dirt and grime remaining, even after the supervisor offered a second pass through the machine. While the equipment clearly failed to clean the car properly, the expectation is that the facility ensures quality results regardless of the automated process. Compared to the results I get from an $8 car wash at Costco, this was incredibly poor value. I had high expectations based on positive recommendations from friends, but for anyone who values attention to detail, this service does not meet the standard.

I've been coming to this car wash for years but am re thinking it after this morning. I showed up around 8:40 - and I paid for an interior+ with a generous tip. The interior was done decently, but the exterior was really awful - there is grime in the edges of every window, of the bottom of the winshield, the sunroof, etc... I would've asked them to fix it but it took 40 minutes just to get this. I'm very annoyed. For a very expensive wash, this was terrible. Now I have to fix it myself. And the irony is they walk around during the long wait asking you to review them on Google. Well…this is my review.

I just got scammed. Yes the pictures are from after the “clean”. Just got the interior +. The exterior looks like it was never washed. I flagged them down and they told me only a mini detail + some add on package will address this. They didn’t bother telling me this before I spent $70 for a clean that amounted to nothing. Their response was we usually warn people about this before we start I don’t know why we didn’t tell you, sorry about that. He then recommended going to brown bear and using their power wash or come back for a mini detail. They expecting me to spend another $200 here to fix this. No thank you.
